How long have you been making music?
Since I was a child but I started playing drums many years ago and then switched to the vibraphone…I also play the bass guitar
What genre would you consider your music to be?
Acoustic pop / ambient / pop jazz
What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Finding a language to communicate with everyone
What are your biggest musical influences?
David Bowie, Gary Burton, Milt Jackson, Le Orme (great italian band)
Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
I’m indipendent
What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Reconciling my normal work with the study of music and live concerts
How many songs or albums have you released to date?
Three of mine as a soloist and five more with various collaborations and with the band I was part of in the past..
Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
Inside or you is the remastered version of one of my slightly experimental pop jazz pieces that was released in 2007 but which I have revived because it is very topical
Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
Yes of course… during 2023 I will go into the studio to produce unreleased tracks and a CD of covers… I will probably produce a physical support alongside the presence on the platforms… stay tuned…!
