KADRAE is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and performer from Houston, TX. Largely influenced by the likes of Prince, Michael Jackson, Aerosmith, the Neptunes, and Timbaland, KADRAE not only honed his skills producing his own material, he also began writing and producing and for others as well.
His debut album “ECLECTICISM: THE JOURNEY, PART ONE” was first released on his Myspace page in 2009 and on iTunes and other digital platforms in 2010. It featured the singles “PUT YOUR HANDS UP (LETITGOLETITFLOW)”, “SOUTHERN NSS (NEW SOUND SYSTEM)” ft LRJ, “FRIDAY NIGHT”, and “SHORTY”. “PUT YOUR HANDS UP'(LETITGOLETITFLOW)” would earn KADRAE 2 Toronto Exclusive Online Music Awards in 2007 for Best International Male R&B/Soul Producer and Best International Male R&B/Soul Singer. “SOUTHERN NSS” and “FRIDAY NIGHT” would debut in the Top 30 CHR and Top 40 AC DRT charts in October and December 2010 respectively.
KADRAE would release more singles and a short film between 2012 and 2015 beginning with “DANCIN’ N2 THE SUN”with Michele Thibeaux and Denis Cisneros under the name KTC (KADRAE, Thibeaux, Cisneros),
DIGITAL MAN ft LRJ, and “DANCIN’ N2 THE SUN (short film)”.
September 23, 2019 saw the release of his original near 8 minute version of his latest single “SUPERSTAR” entitled “SUPERSTAR ft. Derrick FaReal * LRJ (EXTENDED VERSION)” on his website www.flandmusicmg.com and on his YouTube channel. The edited version was, simply titled “SUPERSTAR” ft. Derrick FaReal & LRJ, was released on all digital and streaming platforms on October 1, 2019. Both versions of the song has received rave reviews and is currently impacting online and terrestrial radio as well as streaming playlists.

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
Sonically, it’s mixture of Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, and Trap Music. It’s a message about using facades of happiness and joy to hide the pain of not being true to oneself.
Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
Yes. There are plans to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of my debut album with a remastered edition and some extra goodies.
