How long have you been making music?
Wow. I was born with music in my stride. I thought I was a big entertainer with my atrocious singing long before I was in my teens. I wrote my first song at age 15, It stunk I thought but it got placed on a demo album much to my amazement. I am 64 now, so Ive been writing a long time.
What genre would you consider your music to be?
country, contemporary country, country pop
What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Watching all the Great musicians back when playing the Banjos, Guitars, etc. I wanted to be like them and watching the happiness they brought to the audience.
What are your biggest musical influences?
Well I’m an old dog, so my heroes were in the time of the 70s, Earl Scruggs and his playing, Foggy Mountain Breakdown, really captivated me, but then there was Tammy Wynette who I loved, K.T. Oslin, B.J. Thomas. Just so many I admired.
Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?
Independent at this time, Waiting for someone to contact me hopefully in the near future.
What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?
Getting Noticed took a very long time, But I have since gotten a great deal of international media and radio attention.
How many songs or albums have you released to date?
I have 12 singles released on differnt platforms. 2 in the process of being recorded and 130 song lyrics in a shoe box waiting to see the light of day.
Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?
I have actually had 3 released in 2020. All 3 have gotten much attention and great reviews, But 2 of the 3 I wrote called, ” It’s My Song For You ” and ” I’ll Fall Out Of The Sun ” has generated great response and warm comments from all over the world. The Vocals and Music was composed by the wonderful and talented staff of, Nashville Demo Factory.y.
Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?
Just to keep on writng new songs, and God willing pleasing my growing fan base.
